Interested Private Individuals Who Wish To Obtain A Surplus Item For Personal Use Must Submit Their Names To The Property And Inventory Control Office (To Mary Anne Garrand) In Order To Receive A Bid List And Therefore Have The Opportunity To Place Bids. Invitations For Bids On Surplus Property Occur On An 'As Needed' Basis And Not More Frequently Than Once Per Year.
